Delivery Information – Ostrea Terre

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That is why we ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

In order to operate as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices, we have chosen to ship items in batches. Once we have reached our minimum quantity, all orders are shipped together by our supplier. We thank you for your understanding and support in helping us create a better and healthier world!

Delivery

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our parcels:

If your order is placed before 13:00 (GMT+1:00) Central European Time (CET), it will be processed the same day:

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Shipping time: 2 to 8 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Once your order is placed, you will be able to see when your parcel will be delivered after processing. You will receive a personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order in our Track & Trace app. Click on the app to track your parcel.

Always free delivery

We cover all shipping costs. Every order is shipped FREE to your address. No minimum order amount is required.

Lost parcel?

If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send you a new parcel before applying our refund and return policy.

Import fees

In some cases, customs may inspect the parcel delivered to you. Unfortunately, due to legal changes that came into effect on July 1, 2021, we have no control over this procedure. In rare cases (about 1% of cases), customs may charge minimal import fees. If this happens, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery failure or pickup at the post office

When a parcel is delivered to your home or local post office, Ostrea Terre covers the shipping costs. However, if the parcel is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier and we reserve the right to deduct 20 EUR from your refund.

Why is my tracking not working?

In some cases, the carrier may need 1 to 2 business days to update the tracking information. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this case.
