Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
In order to operate as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices, we have chosen to ship items in batches. Once we reach our minimum quantity, all orders are shipped together by our supplier. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us create a better, healthier world!
Delivery
Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:
If your order is placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1:00) Central European Time (CET), it will be processed on the same day:

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Shipping time: 2 to 8 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Once your order has been placed, you will be able to see when your package will be delivered after processing. You will receive a personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order in our Track & Trace application. Click on the application to track your package.

Always free shipping
We cover all shipping costs. Every order is shipped FREE to your address. No minimum order amount is required.
Lost package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send you a new package before applying our refund and return policy.
Import duties
In some cases, customs may inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, due to legal changes that came into effect on July 1, 2021, we have no control over this procedure. In rare cases (about 1% of cases), customs may charge minimal import duties. If this happens, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Failed delivery or pickup at the post office
When a package is delivered to your home or local post office, Ostrea Terre covers the shipping costs. However, if the package is not accepted or is not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we reserve the right to deduct 20 EUR from your refund.
Why isn't my tracking working?
In some cases, the carrier may need 1 to 2 business days to update tracking information. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this case.
